In this tutorial we learn how to make this gorgeous Spinning Heart Card using dies, stencils, glitter and Sticky Roll! Perfect for Valentines day, or just for that someone special, it can be easily adjusted to use with other mediums and equipment you already own, so you can get the look you want.
